The 2012 OCDFS Application is in two parts:
Part 1
Complete and submit on line.
Part 2
Download and complete, then print and mail to OCDFS with a postmark no later than March 1st.
You will need to request an "official" transcript (raised seal/stamp and include ACT & SAT scores) from your school's Guidance Office at least one week prior to mailing Part 2 of this application.

Oldham HS Graduate, 2011
"It was great being an Oldham County Dollars For Scholars recipient. It was really cool to know that people in the community really care about the future generation, and are willing to invest in it. It also helped this year just being able to have the extra monetary help, because not only is college a fun experience, it's also expensive! Through this scholarship program I am eternally linked to this community, and I look forward to paying it back in any way possible."
